As a Fairy Godmother, I have facilitated hundreds of Workshops, Retreats and Talks for the past 12 years.

The feeling of taking people through a transformation journey to inspire them, ignite them, help them connect to themselves and their potential is a magical experience. It is unparalleled.

Over the past 3 years I have trained 27 people from 5 different countries to facilitate my Dream Mapping and Goal Setting workshops. They learned how to take my seminar, make it their own and lead workshops that truly empower other people.

In this time, many people have enquired wanting to create their own workshops with their own content and also learn how to facilitate, present, market and run the logistics of a workshop business.

Here’s how it works:
A 6 Day, 5 Night Intensive Facilitators Training with me your Fairy Godmother

By the end of the 6 Day Facilitator Training you’ll have:

Learned Facilitation Techniques – how to get a group engaged, inspired, participating and learning from you.
Practiced those facilitation techniques within the group
Developed Content for your workshop or seminar
Marketing Ideas and plans for filling your workshops

Bookings and Enquiry handling suggestions – with templates, examples and spreadsheets (in digital format)
Logistics and Set-up Guide for the Workshops – with checklists
Suggested Suppliers for Materials, Venues etc.
A Digital Guide with examples of copy, content, pictures, templates and spreadsheets

You’ll have gone deeper into the process of Transformation and can translate that into more of your own life and your work with others
The confidence to go out and run your first workshop to earn you income immediately
Have been part of a wonderful group and have a ready-made network of other people doing this work to support you in your own processes.

By the time you’ve finished the training you’ll have the tools to organize, market and facilitate a workshop the very next week and start earning money!

Note:
There will be preparation work for you to do in February and March 2018 before the Training begins. This will be about 25 hours preparation in your own time.

You will receive guidance and exercises from me online and via email to start brainstorming and developing your content, your voice, your style so that we can work on refining this during the actual training.

Income Potential

Here’s an Idea of the Income Potential and what you can earn for doing this work.

My current rates for Workshops and Talks:

Company Dream Mapping Workshop (5 hours)
R24 500 ex VAT

Schools – Map your Dream Career Workshop (6 hours)
R 280 per child with minimum of 50 teens and max 100 teens
R 14 000 – R 28 000

Public Workshops (8 hours)
R 1450 per participant
Normally have between 10 up to 50 participants
R 14 500 to R 72 500

Public Talks (3 hours)
R 175 per participant
Normally have between 40 up to 100 participants
R 7 000 to R 17500

Your earnings potential with Workshops and Seminars is unlimited.
What you earn is up to you and how you want to run your workshops.
Your income COULD START at R 15 000 for a 15 person workshop.

Which makes the pricing of the Facilitators Training super reasonable and affordable.

Venue: Melody Hill Retreat, Magaliesberg (about 90 minutes outside Johannesburg)
